Widely regarded as one of the greatest Indian music composers as often referred to as "Maestro" Ilaiyaraaja has a colossal career spanning over five decades. Composing over 8,500 songs and is the only composer in the world to have created music for 1,418 feature films in over nine languages. He has also written lyrics for over 1,500 songs besides singing on over half himself.
