The Dubai Opera is equipped to facilitate access to all of its facilities for people with special needs and reduced mobility, ensuring that all guests can enjoy an impeccable experience.
Dubai Opera is accessible to wheelchair users and their companions with designated seats available for use. We are aware that we can offer wheelchair seats/positions only in selected parts of the auditorium due to the seating configuration. As we appreciate that these seats may not be in your preferred areas, we guarantee you the best available wheelchair seat/position. Wheelchair bookings can be made via an order form which is available upon request from boxoffice@dubaiopera.com. The following seats are best suited for our wheelchair patrons: K1-6 and 33-38, with K6 and K33 available for removal on request. Stalls boxes 5 and 6 are equally suitable with ease of access.
Dubai Opera has accessible restrooms on the Stalls level, across all 4 bathrooms next to the doors. Elevators and escalators are available for easy access to other levels.
There is both lift and escalator access to all levels of Dubai Opera. A POD lift is available on the Stalls level.
There are 10 parking spaces for people with disabilities located in Basement 2 Plaza Parking.
We offer paid parking at Dubai Opera only during show hours, and the parking facility is closed on no-show days.
