Widely regarded as the greatest ballet dancer in history, Nureyev transcended borders, helping to popularise ballet with audiences throughout the world with a unique artistry that continues to influence and inspire to this very day.

๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ง๐ข๐, the dancers shall interpret a number of pieces, each of which has been chosen to represent a ๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฏ'๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค, from the classical repertoire, which he worked so hard to preserve and invigorate, to contemporary pieces and choreographers, in homage to his indefatigable eagerness to try new things and expand his art to other forms of dance.
Prefacing the performance, meanwhile, will be a video introduction by the ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ, ๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, who herself partnered with Nureyev on a number of occasions, and the acclaimed actor Ralph Fiennes, who directed and acted in The White Crow, which tells the story of Nureyev's defection from Russia to the West.

Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance.
